I've been taking my car to Hayes Automotive for a few years now and have always received professional and efficient service. I recently had an oil change done there and the experience was on par for what I've come to expect. Nice job Hayes team - keep up the great work!

I've been using Hayes for years. I can't say enough good things about these folk. Always honest, always fair. Fast repairs with upfront pricing. They supply a shuttle service for folks when you can't get a ride. I even take my classic car to them. They have an "old" specialist there (sorry Ron! I mean the cars!) for those precious rides that fit into the "before electronics" era. So old car, new car - they do it all.

Always able to get our cars in quickly. They do great work.

Hayes is now the go to mechanic for my family. They're friendly, courteous, and professional, and fairly priced. Their communication is excellent. Overall a fantastic experience, and I will be using them again!

Richard and Josh were really easy to work with. They were very accommodating and performed our services satisfactorily. My only sore spot was the up charge on parts. I know they need to charge what they feel is necessary but, it seemed a bit excessive. They worked with us to lessen that a bit. Otherwise, I would have given this a full five star review. I know that all shops up charge on parts that they purchase for the customer. Luckily, Richard and Josh were willing to install parts that we provided to them, if necessary. That's a big deal. Not all shops are willing to work with their customers in this way. I found that to be a big plus. I would recommend this shop.

Transparent service with well above average customer service.

Whatever good things you've heard about Hayes in the past, it doesn't seem to hold true currently. As a customer for over 15 years, I can confidently say that something has changed in both customer service and workmanship. After a $4300 service charge for routine maintenance, we drove away.and soon realized the hissing noises the car was making was due to multiple hoses that had not been reconnected. Hayes appropriately rectified this situation the next morning. Later that day, a 6 month old tire blew out. I had asked Hayes to rotate the tires. The service member realized that this had not been done, despite the tech reporting that it had. The tires were significantly under-inflated. To "make things right", Hayes offered me a 'deal' to get 4 new tires for the price of 2. When I realized the cost I was being charged was actually the cost of 4 new tires and asked about the discrepancy, Hayes reneged on the offer. Due to their sloppy workmanship and dishonesty, Hayes has lost my trust and my business.

I got a hitch installed last week, I came in and chatted with John and they had it installed literally the next morning. They were so efficient and kind! I love John and Fernando!!!

Once again, Hayes Auto kept my 2019 Nissan Frontier going, allowing me to stall buying new UNIMPROVED product that's out there now. Full-service old-time mechanics are disappearing but they are still there. Hooray!

These guys are awesome. I recommend them to all my family and friends. If you are looking for mechanics who are meticulous these are the guys for you I've been having a bunch of work done on my SUV I've been going to them for almost a year and I've never had any problems they are awesome.

I have used Hayes for awhile. They accommodate all my needs at a reasonable time. They stand by the work that is done and they are very enjoyable to deal with. Nick and his crew are fantastic. Nick arranged a buyer for my truck. He offered advice and assistance that was given in a kind thoughtful way. Repairs have always been on time and reliable. I have never been treated so well by any other mechanics. I will always consider Hayes Automotive as my go to. You will be treated respectfully and offered clear, consise advice. Hayes are advocates for clients.

Straight service no BS.

John and Joe are outstanding. This shop is very reasonable with pricing. You can’t find places that don’t try to rip you off or add unnecessary repairs but this shop will take care of you and do things right. No one hardly says “I can’t wait to go back to that shop” because who likes their car breaking but this place makes me want to go back everytime. Thanks always Hayes!

I went to Hayes for the first time to have a hitch put on my Honda CRV. Their communications were excellent and service top notch. They even alerted me to a broken cv joint on my car that was in need of immediate repair, and provided me with courtesy rides to and from my home. Their pricing is also reasonable. I highly recommend this local business!
